Another prize to Ben Affleck’s Argo. As the minor groups are giving out their awards, it seems clear that Zero Dark Thirty wasn’t actively screened in these lesser known areas. Either that or the film’s performance outside of the big metropolis areas is more poorly constituted. It will be interesting to see how these late-breaking prizes reflect Oscar’s interests this year.
