When the most prizes you give out is to a film shot in your local area, some of your choices become a bit suspect. That is, if Take Shelter hadn’t already received a handful of prizes elsewhere. This list is fairly straightforward with only Attack the Block coming out of nowhere to earn prizes. It’s also nice to see a different Adapted Screenplay prize winner than the recent spate of Moneyball mentions.
