    The “F” bomb she dropped felt like it was her way to keep everyone talking about her today. Even at the end she was up front, waving her award so everyone would see her. It all felt very needy and desperate.

      she obviously planned to join the group of most memorable oscar speeches…. somehow she managed: the most stupid and arrogant oscar speech.I never felt so much dislike for a winner.

        I agree, I always said hailee steinfeld or even helena bohan carter deserved the award, but the oscars love women playing characters who smoke, curse, bitch and scream the whole movie.

    was there anyone else upset by Melissa Leo´s oscar speech? It was so artificial and arrogant. I wanted to kick her when she held her speech.

      That speech was a new low even for her. She is either dumbest winner in the supporting actress category ever or for some reason wants to appear that way. Even more arrogant was her response to a reporters question about her language to which she responded that she speaks English or some such nonsense.

    a bitter pill for David Fincher…I was sad seeing him losing again. But I am now even more excited to see The King´s Speech.
