Commentary: It may capture the essence of the film’s title character, but the design’s pink tones don’t seem to have any bearing and the otherwise sparse design isn’t terribly interesting. 		Rating: B
Commentary: Greta Gerwig looks completely fun, but the film just doesn’t seem to have any spark apart from her performance. Noah Baumbach is one of our most interesting young indie directors, so it could be better than it looks.

Oscar Chances: Gerwig was talked up as a possible Best Actress nominee last year, but with the 2013 release, she might be taken seriously again.
