On Wednesdays, we preview all of the upcoming new wide and limited releases hitting the theaters the coming weekend. On Fridays, we’ll now tell you what you should see. We pose two questions each week to our contributors and their responses are posted below.

Wesley Lovell

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
I say see the movie that’s more likely to be funny: A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas.
2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)?
Charlotte Rampling’s a terrific actress, so any documentary about her is probably also terrific.

Peter J. Patrick

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
If I felt compelled to see something new this week I suppose it would be Tower Heist, but I don’t so I won’t.
2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)?
No.

Tripp Burton

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
I love a good heist film, so I will check out Tower Heist.
2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)?
There is too much other stuff that I haven’t seen yet to check out, so I’ll skip these films and do that instead.
