Although Michael regained the top of the box office, that’s definitely not happening this week with The Mandalorian and Grogu guaranteed to reach the top.

Wesley Lovell: An intriguing concept that looks awful.

Pete Patrick: I have no interest in low-rent horror movies.

Thomas La Tourrette: I don’t like horror films and this one looks exceedingly unpleasant.

I Love Boosters

Wesley Lovell: It looks like an awful lot of fun.

Pete Patrick: Looks extremely silly.

Thomas La Tourrette: The trailer did not sell the movie but the early critics’ reviews make it sound reasonably entertaining.

Passenger

Wesley Lovell: Not even an appealing concept.

Pete Patrick: Yet another low-rent horror movie to avoid.

Thomas La Tourrette: It looks like many other horror films and not very original.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu

Wesley Lovell: I would have to see the series first but it looks like it could be fun.

Pete Patrick: Probably the week’s biggest box-office hit, but I’ve had my fill of the never-ending parade of endless Star Wars movies. 

Thomas La Tourrette: I watched the series and will watch the film, though I am not expecting to be overly wowed.

The Limited Slate

Wesley Lovell: The only one of these that looks good is Tuner.

Pete Patrick: Only Tuner from the Oscar-winning director of the documentary, Navalny, looks interesting among all of this week’s releases.

Thomas La Tourrette: The thriller Tuner looks to be the best of the bunch, though the trailer felt a bit muddled.
