Another horror film is likely to top the box office with Other Mommy the title most likely to do it. That said, The Social Reckoning could possibly outdo it.

WIDE RELEASES
ANGEL AND THE BADMAN	OTHER MOMMY	THE SOCIAL RECKONING	YOUR MOTHER YOUR MOTHER YOUR MOTHER

Angel and the Badman

Wesley Lovell: It looks like a terrible remake.

Pete Patrick: Remake of 1947 western may be worth a look.

Thomas La Tourrette: The trailer showed basically nothing, so not sure why I would want to see this film. Being produced by Angel is not a selling point for it.

Other Mommy

Wesley Lovell: If not for Jessica Chastain, this one wouldn’t look that interesting.

Pete Patrick: Another waste of time horror movie.

Thomas La Tourrette: Parts of the trailer are effective, but I am still not that into horror movies.

The Social Reckoning

Wesley Lovell: Its pedigree is strong but its content looks difficult to watch.

Pete Patrick: I will probably watch this highly anticipated film even though the trailer is extremely disappointing.

Thomas La Tourrette: I will see this probable Oscar nominee, but would have liked the trailer to give a little more information.

Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother

Wesley Lovell: The premise doesn’t appeal to me.

Pete Patrick: This well-received festival film may be worth seeing.

Thomas La Tourrette: Again it has a trailer that does not sell the movie, but the reviews do make it sound like it could be worth seeing.

LIMITED RELEASES
DEVOUR	DOUBLE TROUBLE	FJORD	LOVE OF YOUR LIFE	MISTY GREEN

A PRAYER FOR THE DYING	TENZING

The Limited Slate

Wesley Lovell: Fjord is a certain watch but of the rest, only Misty Green holds any appeal for me.

Pete Patrick: Fjord is the cream of this crop.

Thomas La Tourrette: Fjord is the most interesting looking of the new releases, and the fact that it will probably get a number of Oscar nods adds to the appeal. Tenzing, Misty Green and A Prayer for the Dying show some promise, but I do not feel any great urge to run out and see them first thing.
